As a Financial Services Transaction Advisory Services professional at Ernst & Young, you'll be a member of our market-leading, multidisciplinary team in what is the only integrated transactions business across EMEIA. Given significant market activity in this area, the practice is extremely busy and growing rapidly. Building an effective business model, whether to evaluate a transaction or a new market opportunity for other strategic purposes, is a complex and difficult task. As a business-modelling professional, you will help clients to carry out the model review, model support and model building activities needed to make key decisions.
Mergers and Acquisitions
Organisations need to plan carefully for capital investment opportunities as they arise. As an M&A professional, you will work with clients to achieve their strategic objectives across acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs, buy-ins, fundraisings, Initial Public Offerings, takeovers, mergers and strategic reviews.
Operational Transaction Services
Our specialists are focused on enhancing value, accelerating implementation and managing operational transaction risk. As an Operational Transaction professional, you will provide full, operationally focused support and advice through the transaction life-cycle, whether supporting an acquirer or seller.
Transaction Support
Transactions can be one of the most complex and risky business propositions that clients undertake. As part of our Transaction Support team, your focus will be on helping our clients improve their transaction outcomes and negotiating position, and accelerating a smooth transaction with minimal disruption.
Valuations
The need for transparent and robust valuations to support corporate transactions and to meet regulatory and accounting requirements has increased. We provide independent and objective advice to support senior management in their strategic decision-making process about the allocation of capital and resources, given the varying risks and rewards of their business activities.
